Regulations for the use of the playground located in the Marina Jastarnia Apartments complex

§1
General provisions

The Regulations define the terms and conditions of using the playground located in the Marina Jastarnia Apartments complex, operated by PortJastar Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa (hereinafter referred to as “PortJastar”), Grzybowska 2 lok. 82, 00-131 Warsaw.

1. The playground is intended for children from 3-12 years of age
2. Children are allowed on the playground only under the supervision of an adult person
3. Entrance to the playground requires the rental of a magnetic “bracelet” used to open the wicket of the playground Deposit for the magnetic bracelet is PLN 100 and is refundable after its return.
4. In the period from 24.06 to 01.09, children staying on the playground should have colored wristbands for identification purposes
5. Both “bracelets” mentioned in point 3) and wristbands mentioned in point 4) are issued in the Office of Marina Jastarnia Apartments in Jastarnia, 13 Ceynowy Street.
6. Animals are not allowed on the playground
7. No littering is allowed on the playground Garbage should be thrown into garbage garbage cans
8. The use of playground equipment and staying on the playground may take place from 9:00 to 21:00
9. Only playground equipment that is playground equipment may be used on the playground It is prohibited to vandalize playground equipment
10. Due to health risks and injuries, it is unacceptable to
    • Burning bonfires and using open flames;
    • climbing on the roofs of towers, on top of swings;
    • using equipment in a manner inconsistent with its intended use;
    • entering the playground on a bicycle, scooter, roller blades or roller skates;
11. It is forbidden to enter the playground to persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or intoxicants, as well as drugs that impair mental and physical fitness;
12. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the playground;
13. The use of all playground equipment must be in accordance with its purpose and function and in a manner that does not endanger users and does not expose the equipment to damage;
14. Parents/guardians of children should keep in mind the legal responsibility for any damage caused by children to persons or property. Notify the Marina Jastarnia Apartments Office immediately of any defects, damages, etc., and do not use or stop using such equipment. PortJastar shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property of persons using the playground caused without the sole fault of PortJastar.
15. The use of individual equipment should be adapted to the child’s development. The assessment should be made by the child’s parent/guardian.
16. Persons violating these Regulations, both children and parents/guardians, may be forced to leave the playground.
