Regulations for using the outdoor gym located in the Marina Jastarnia Apartments complex

§1
General provisions

The Regulations define the terms and conditions of using the outdoor gym located in the Marina Jastarnia Apartments complex, operated by PortJastar Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa (hereinafter referred to as “PortJastar”), Grzybowska 2 lok. 82, 00-131 Warsaw.

1. The gym is intended for people over 14 years of age;
2. Minors are allowed in the gym only under the supervision of an adult;
3. Entrance to the gym requires the rental of a magnetic “bracelet” used to open the gym gate. The deposit for the magnetic bracelet is 100 PLN and is refundable after returning it;
4. The equipment is intended for recreational training. Exercises should be performed in accordance with the instructions attached to each device, and their intensity should be adjusted to individual fitness. Injuries or health injuries may occur due to improper or too intense training.
5. Magnetic bracelets, referred to in point 3), are issued at the Office of Marina Jastarnia Apartments in Jastarnia, 13 Ceynowy Street;
6. Animals are not allowed in the gym;
7. No littering is allowed in the gym. Garbage should be thrown into garbage garbage cans;
8. Use of the gym may take place from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm;
9. Only equipment that is gym equipment may be used in the gym. It is forbidden to vandalize equipment located in the gym;
10. Due to health risks and injuries, it is not allowed to:
    • burning bonfires and using open flames;
    • climbing on equipment located in the gym;
    • Using the equipment in a manner inconsistent with its purpose;
    • entering the gym on a bicycle, scooter, roller blades or roller skates;
11. It is forbidden to enter the gym for persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or intoxicants, as well as drugs that interfere with mental and physical fitness;
12. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the gym;
13. Use of all gym equipment must be in accordance with its purpose and function and in a manner that does not endanger users and does not expose the equipment to damage;
14. Parents/guardians of children should keep in mind the legal responsibility for any damage caused by children to persons or property. Notify the Marina Jastarnia Apartments Office immediately of any defects, damages, etc., and do not use or stop using such equipment. PortJastar shall not be liable for damages to persons or property of persons using the gym arising without the sole fault of PortJastar.
15. Persons violating these Regulations, whether children or parents/guardians, may be forced to leave the gym.
