Regulations of the private-owner swimming pool

1. The rules and regulations define the conditions of use of the private-owner swimming pool complex on the premises of Marina Jastarnia Apartments, the swimming pool complex includes a swimming pool hall with a swimming pool, paddling pool and passageways and changing rooms.
2. The swimming pool is open daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm with a break of 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm exclusively for Marina Apartments owners and guests of owners staying at the Marina complex.
3. Before entering the pool hall area, please read these rules and regulations and instructions for use and follow them while in the pool hall area. Use of the pool complex is tantamount to reading and accepting the terms of the Regulations.
4. Before entering the pool hall, users are required to use the changing rooms, i.e. to change their footwear to clean beach shoes, leave their outer garments, change into their swimsuit/shower and then wash thoroughly by using the shower located in the changing rooms with the use of washing agents.
5. The change of clothes into swimming pool attire takes place only in the changing rooms located in the locker rooms.
6. Persons using the swimming pool hall are obliged to wear a swimming suit that meets hygienic and aesthetic requirements and does not have elements that may pose a threat to the health or safety of the user, as well as cause damage to the elements of the swimming pool complex.
7. Children who do not know how to use the toilet are required to wear disposable diapers designed for swimming.
8. Devices that can be damaged (cell phones, tablets, watches, etc.) and sharp-edged items that may pose a danger to people using the pool (such as jewelry) should be left in the locker room. It is recommended to leave valuable items in the apartment to reduce the risk of loss or theft.
9. The owners of the complex are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
10. At the same time, the pool complex can be used by a maximum of 10 people.
11. The following are forbidden in the swimming pool complex: smoking (including e-cigarettes), bringing and consuming food, sweets (including chewing gum), drinks, alcohol, bringing sharp, dangerous objects, especially glass (including cosmetics in glass containers ) and bringing dogs and other animals.
12. The pool may not be used by persons who: – are under the influence of alcohol or are in a state of intoxication;- are under the influence of intoxicants;- are under the influence of psychotropic drugs;- are in a poor state of health that may pose a danger to them or others;- have unhealed wounds;- suffer from any infectious diseases, diseases of the excretory system, diseases related to circulatory insufficiency, suffer from epilepsy, diseases of the respiratory system, and other diseases at which the use of the pool may cause a danger to the life or health of that person or other persons using the pool. – are allergic to disinfectants;
13. Persons, suffering from conditions other than those listed in paragraph 12, however, whose health condition allows them to use the pool, as well as persons with impaired fitness or well-being, and pregnant women, should use the pool and equipment located in the pool area, with special care, according to their health condition. Such persons use the pool only at their own risk.
14. Persons using corrective glasses wear them at their own risk. In case of breakage or breakage of glasses, the person using them is obliged to immediately inform an employee of the Facility about the incident.
15. Temporary excluded zones of the swimming pool complex are marked. It is forbidden to use the zones temporarily excluded from operation.
16. On the territory of the private-owner swimming pool complex is prohibited:
    • running;
    • jumping into the water;
    • pushing or pulling other people into the water;
    • initiating false alarms;
    • littering the swimming pool;
    • damaging the swimming pool complex or its equipment
    • leaving children unattended;
    • behaving in a manner generally considered indecent;
17. Persons using the private swimming pool complex are obliged to: – obey the order and prohibition signs placed in the swimming pool complex;- obey the instructions of the Facility’s employees;- adjust their activity plans to their own skills and general fitness and state of health;- use equipment appropriate to the type of activity undertaken, technically efficient and in accordance with its purpose and rules of use;- immediately inform the Facility’s employees of any accidents, injuries and other events that may affect their own safety and that of others;- enter and leave the swimming pool basins only in the areas designated for this purpose;
18. It is forbidden for persons under 18 years of age to use the pool without the supervision of an adult.
19. The responsibility for children remaining in the pool complex underage is borne by parents and guardians.
20. The owners of the swimming pool complex shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property of persons using the pool.
21. A person violating the Rules may be forced to leave the pool complex.
22. The pool complex is a private-owner swimming pool and is not subject to lifeguard supervision – unguarded pool.
